A note from Ron for faith-based groups:

As a Christian myself, I believe that God created the universe and that "The heavens declare the glory of God (Psalm 19:1)!" I love presenting on astronomy to Christian schools and churches where we can acknowledge the One who created it all, and I incorporate a number of Bible passages (such as Psalm 8:3-4 and Amos 5:8) when presenting to Christian audiences. I do recognize, however, that different churches have a variety of teachings regarding certain topics—such as the age of the universe—so I typically steer away from these topics during presentations to church groups; there's plenty to learn about and celebrate without getting into theological particulars that might divide us.

I am open to presentations to non-Christian faith-based groups as well. If you have any questions or concerns about the content of shows, don't hestitate to contact me for more information.
